Boston and Braxton,
Today, the two of you experienced some firsts. For the first time in your young lives, you boys attended Sacrament Meeting. We went to the Oasis Park Ward. That is Nanie and Papi’s ward as well as Aunt Riss and Uncle B’s. It is the ward that your dad grew up in, so a lot of people wanted to get a glimpse of you two. Uncle B and Aunt Riss spoke about patriotism today, so I thought it was pretty awesome that your first sacrament meeting was today.
You guys must have heard about how Grampy Imlay handles Sacrament Meeting because you guys followed in his footsteps. You slept the entire time, even snored a little like Grampy. After Aunt Riss spoke, she came to get Braxton and took him up on the stand. Nana held Boston for the majority of the Sacrament. You both were awesome.
After Sacrament, we saw some people from our old ward, Eldorado Valley Ward. The majority of people haven’t seen you guys. You guys are kind of like rock stars. People swarm you. You already have a lot of groupies. Unfortunately, neither Mommy nor I remembered to get an awesome picture of you guys in your awesome tie onesies.
As we were about to leave, I spotted the two people I really wanted you to meet. Your Great Great Grandpa and Grandma Donnelly were about to head out too. We rushed over and you were able to meet them for the first time. It is pretty amazing to think that you guys are the fifth generation of our family on this Earth right now.
Grandpa and Grandma Donnelly are pretty inspiring. And, you guys are lucky to have faithful, loving, strong Great Great Grandparents on this Earth.
